Hi there - I’m Karen Holland, schema’s Managing Director. I’ve been a management consultant and trainer for more than 30 years and I’m passionate about helping organisations to optimise performance.
I've got university qualifications in Economics, International Business and Social Geography. I also hold a range of globally-recognised certificates in Project, Program and Portfolio Management plus I'm trained to Lead Auditor level in relation to ISO standards and I’m certified in Adult Training and Assessment. Prior to founding schema I was a consultant and trainer with KPMG.
Over the past three decades I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of organisations on a diverse mix of assignments – from organisation design reviews and systems engineering projects to change management initiatives and professional development programs.
